NCS Auctions

Each year at the Noritake Collectors' Society convention, NCS holds a day-long live auction. It is an exciting event at which any NCS member who is registered for the convention can buy or sell Noritake or other Made in Japan (MIJ) ceramics or related items. Each member can consign up to 30 items; larger lots are allowed with prior arrangement with the auction organizer, Sally Stefferud.

Below are instructions to consign items at the live auction. Also, the forms are also available to the items for sale. This form can be filled out and submitted electronically prior to the convention or can be printed and submitted at the convention when you pick up your convention materials. The cards that must be filled out for each item can be obtained at the beginning of the convention, or before that by mail (US Postal Service) from the auction organizer. To get cards, send an email to Sally Stefferud (stefferud@cox.net) telling her approximately how many items you plan to submit and the address to which you want the cards sent.

If you are interested in information on previous auctions, take a look at the reports for 2010, 2011, and 2012 below. These are the reports published in the Noritake News. Also below are lists from 2011 and 2012 of all the items in those auctions and the prices for which they sold.
